Ingredients:
4 cups (1 liter) Milk
12oz (340g) Pasta (elbow macaroni)
7oz (200g) Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon Paprika

Directions:
1. In a large pot, bring milk to a boil.
2. Reduce to medium-low heat, add macaroni and cook, stirring frequently, until the pasta is cooked, about 12 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, add the cheese and stir until melted and incorporated.
4. Serve and enjoy!

Notes:
• You can use any kind of cheese that you like. Or combination of several cheeses.
• For extra creamy mac and cheese add 1 more cup to the pot of milk.

    I have used lactose-free milk and It was so sweet because of milk. Please do not use lactose-free milk like I did.

    Listen to how I make mac and cheese….👇
    1. I boil the Mac and drain the water.
    2. Heat butter in a pan and add a teaspoon flour and cook it for 30 sec.
    3. Then I add milk to it and after a minute I add the Macroni to it and cook it for a minute again..
    4. Then I put cheese ( the normal amul one , coz I don't have cheddar )
    And add red chilly powder and black pepper to it… Sometimes if I have maggi masala I can sprinkle a little
    And it just tastes awesome…
