PLEASE NOTE: Dr. Seheult says in this video “I can’t tell you how much vitamin D to take because I’m not your doctor nor am I here to give you medical advice.” As always, there may be risks with any supplement or medication, and a variety of individual factors (patient weight, underlying medical conditions, sunlight exposure, other vitamins that may enhance the impact of vitamin D etc.) should all be considered. We always recommend speaking with your individual medical professional before making changes to your vitamins or medications. Thank you for watching and for your comments!

Wow. Very informative. Was very sleepy when I was listening to this video 😄 eyes closed but both ears wide open. I'm definitely sharing

  3. MUSEWORX

Since Dr John Cambell mentioned the importance of VD3 in early 2020 I started taking supplements even though I stay in SUNNY South Africa. In the first week I became sick with cold and running nose etc. Now lately I experience severe pains in my elbows almost like muscle pains or something? Yet Im good fisically and mentally?

  4. Rita Afrika

This was very informative. I come from a country in Africa with sunlight throughout all year. Can I still consume Vitamin D daily? Is this the reason why most African country's covid death rate is low compared to other continents?

  5. Enova Enove

Thank you for a great video! Looks like it was a tedious analysis. At 35 mins. I think the reason that females have lower vit d level is because they have naturally higher fat percentage than males.

  6. Charm C

Thank you for taking the time to go through all of this information. It's helpful and much appreciated. 🙂

  7. Health and gardening

Vitamin d works so well for me. I have a very poor immune system but thank god the doc put me on calcitriol because I wasn’t able to use the vitamin d properly in my body. My immune system works much better than it did before I got on calcitriol.

  8. Denise Lackmann

This information is very important to take note and remember ZINC plus vitamin "C" and "B", Prebiotics and ginger. Vitamin D on all I have read is a NECESSITY for not only covid. This is very informative information to take into consideration.

  9. theyuha

Which is the best vitamine D to take? Are there different kinds? One was mentioned with the element the kidney adds to the vitamine to make it active, what is that called in the marketplace?

  10. life is good

  11. Dev

If vitamin D plays such a big role then why are countries like India and Brazil being destroyed by Covid. We do get plenty sunlight throughout the year.
